Hello, I have been prescribed the drug diclac 75 mg duo, on a descending stone. Does this medicine contain lactose monohydrate, is it the same substance as the lactose in milk? I have not consumed dairy products for several years, due to lactose intolerance. Will this drug not harm me? Is there a lot of this lactose in one tablet?

Yes, it is the same lactose as in milk. 1 tablet contains 41.75 mg lactose monohydrate. For comparison, 1 glass of milk contains 11.50g - 12.50g of lactose. This amount of lactose will not have a negative impact on your well-being.
