Could it be some kind of infection again if the child has already felt better after the antibiotic?

My daughter was diagnosed with streptococcus pharyngitis a week ago, she was given an antibiotic ofen 4 times a day, she felt better very quickly but yesterday she started sneezing and coughing, I do not know why I sat at home with her all the time. Juto is finishing the antibiotic and I thought he would go back to kindergarten on Monday. Could it be some kind of infection again?

It is difficult to answer unequivocally without examining the child whether the daughter develops another infection. This cannot be ruled out - the antibiotic destroys bacteria, but does not protect against further diseases, nor does it destroy viruses. With streptococcal angina, there is no rhinitis or cough. I would suggest contacting a pediatrician before deciding to return the child to the facility.
