To make up a 140 ml suspension, fill a bottle with 132 ml of water and shake well. After mixing in the bottle, 140 ml of suspension should be formed. Before each use, the bottle should be shaken vigorously. I enclose a video in which we discuss how to dissolve the antibiotic powder:
