Can I take multiple medications together with Namaxir injections?

Hello. Can I take biotropil, neurovit, atorvasterol, eutyrox with namaxir injections. I also take vitamins D3, fish oil, vitamin C, magnesium for immunity. I have constipation, I'm constantly tired, sometimes I have stomach pains.
