Yes - fertility decreases with age, although this is definitely more noticeable in women than in men. In men, the process of sperm formation lasts a lifetime, so even in the very old age it still has a chance to fertilize a partner. However, already in the 3-4th decade of life, the quality of spermatozoa, their overall number and motility decreases - this reduces the chances of getting pregnant.
