Good morning. Dear Sirs, I would like to ask a purely theoretical question (I know that any medicine should be taken only with the doctor's indications): Is it possible to take Anafranil and Ranoprene at the same time? Are there any contraindications to simultaneous use? Are there any interactions between Anafranil and Ranofren? Thank you very much in advance for your reply. Yours sincerely.

Both Anafranil and Ranofren have anticholinergic effects and when used together can act additively, which increases the risk of side effects such as drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, hot flushes, decreased sweating, difficulty urinating, abdominal cramps, constipation, irregular heartbeat and memory problems. Older people are particularly vulnerable to such activities.
