The following substances are present in the coating of the drug: hypromellose, macrogol, titanium dioxide (E171), talc, yellow iron oxide (E172). It is difficult to assess which ingredient causes such feelings in you. To reduce them, I recommend drinking the tablet with plenty of water and taking it with a meal.
