Can menstruation be delayed by the EllaOne tablet?

On November 8 she had a secured intercourse but on November 9 I took ellaone, menstruation should get like 27.11 I have quite irregular. 18 and 22 days after intercourse pregnancy test negative.. Can I consider it credible? Is the pill after the delay menstruation?

After taking EllaOne, menstrual bleeding may occur a few days later. In the studies, about 18.5% of women delayed menstrual bleeding by more than 7 days, and in 4% of women even more than 20 days. A pregnancy test performed 18 and 22 days after intercourse gives reliable results.
