Can I take Anapram 550 after Pyralgina?

I have severe back pain. After Pyralgina, when the pain does not pass, can I take Anapram 550 and after what time. I also take clatra and valsacor. And for the night Nasen.

Anapran 550mg can only be obtained with a prescription and should not be used without consulting a specialist. There are no contraindications to the use of the drugs listed in the question at the same time. According to current medical literature, there should be no interactions between these preparations that are harmful to health or drugs.
