Pronasal is approved for use from 3 years of age. This means that its safety has been proven in this age group. It is usually recommended to use one spray dose (50 micrograms/dose) into each nostril once daily (total daily dose is 100 micrograms). This dosage may be changed by the doctor based on the patient's health. The use of drugs is associated with a potential risk of side effects that may or may not occur. Most often during the use of Pronasal reported nosebleeds, headache, nasal irritation. I enclose the leaflet of the drug Pronasal, which describes in detail the side effects reported during the use of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/64498/pronasal-aerozol/charakterystyka-produktu/172831 and information that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-sterydy-sa-bezpieczne
The child is given 2 doses in the morning and evening.
