When using these medicines, you do not need to keep any break between them and you can take them at the same time. However, keep in mind that both medicines should be taken one hour before or two hours after a meal and Milukante should be taken in the evening. Milukante contains montelukast which, m.in, stops bronchospasm. In turn, Clatra contains bilastin, a medicine belonging to the group of antiallergic medicines. I would like to point out that when using Clatra, try not to consume grapefruit juice.
