What can cause lower abdominal pain and bleeding with Dionelle tablets?
Hello, I have been accepting Dionelle for a long time. For the second month in a row, around 9-11 tablets, I have lower abdominal pain and bleeding. What could be the reason for this? Bleeding occurs for 3-4 days. Unfortunately, I do not have the opportunity to go to the gynecologist now because I am abroad. Thank you for your help!
