Are there any unwanted, harmful interactions between my medications?

Hi The doctor prescribed me Cavinton Forte due to the dizziness I have a question whether it can be used together with vivacor 12.5mg, Lorista HD 100 mg , Norvasc 10mg , milurit300 , accard 75 mg And whether there are undesirable harmful reactions between them

Cavinton Forte does not have clinically significant interactions that would preclude its combined use with other drugs. However, there are some interactions between the drugs in the question. Acute hypersensitivity reactions to Milurit (e.g. fever, eosinophilia, skin reactions) have been reported in parallel use with Milurite and Lorista HD. It was found that patients with impaired renal function are particularly predisposed to such reactions. In addition, Lorista HD may reduce the effectiveness of Milurite. The patient should be monitored for signs of hypersensitivity. Concomitant use of Norvascu with Acard may increase the risk of bleeding. In two cases, an increase in bleeding time was noted. Norvasc inhibits platelet aggregation and prevents vasoconstriction in response to bleeding. The patient should be monitored for adverse reactions and the dose of Acard should be reduced accordingly if necessary. Please remember that the more medicines a patient takes, the greater the risk of adverse interactions between them. Already taking two drugs at the same time creates a risk of adverse interactions at the level of 13-14 percent. If a patient takes 8 to 10 drugs at the same time, it is almost certain that there will be interactions between them and there will be interactions that negatively affect the patient's health. This problem applies especially to the elderly, who are treated for several diseases at the same time.
