Diarrhoea is not an indication for discontinuation of treatment with Ursopol. Clinical studies have shown diarrhoea to be an adverse reaction observed in more than 1 in 100 patients treated with Ursodeoxycholic acid contained in Ursopol. If diarrhea is abundant and occurs continuously for more than 2-3 days, due to the risk of dehydration, the decision to continue treatment is made by the attending physician.
