Is it possible to use the medicine as ordered by the doctor, although it is different in the leaflet?

The psychiatrist prescribed me this drug But recommended after 3 days to increase the dose to 2 tablets a day Is it possible? In the leaflet it is written not to exceed 1 tablet per day

You did not write what medicine you are talking about, which makes it impossible to answer based on information about the drug. The doctor may sometimes recommend a different dosage than that written in the leaflet of the preparation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leczenie-off-label-poza-wskazaniami In case of concern or doubt, it is best to consult the doctor who prescribed the drug - with non-standard dosage, he should explain to the patient what are the expected benefits of such a procedure.
