Kostarox will not reduce the effectiveness of Naraya Plus birth control pills. Kostarox contains a drug from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, i.e. etoricoxib. This substance in doses equal to or greater than 60 mg / day may even result in an increase in the concentration of ethinyl estradiol, which is one of the components of Naraya Plus tablets. This does not reduce contraceptive efficacy, but may lead to increased side effects of the contraceptive pill.
