How to administer Amotaxi 500mg/5ml (65.3 g) if I had to administer 5 ml every 12h of Amotaks 500mg/5ml (39.2 g)?
Hi my daughter is 3 years old and 14.5 kg of weight and has a continuation of the drug Amotaks husband brought me Amotaks in suspension 500mg / 5ml 65.3G how to give ? She was getting Amotax so far 500mg/5ml but 39.2g of 5ml every 12 hours

The drug should be administered the same, i.e. 5 ml every 12 hours. Amotaxi 500mg/5ml (65.3 g) is the same drug and dose as Amotaxi 500mg/5ml (39.2 g), only in a larger package of 100 ml, not 60 ml. 65.3 g and 39.2 g refers to the amount of active substance in the whole bottle of suspension, and in 100 ml it is correspondingly more than in 60 ml.
