What to apply to irritated intimate areas?

Hello, how can I relieve the feeling of irritation / abrasion in the area of intimate places on the mucous membrane after a cured intimate infection? I have a lot of lactobacilli, as it came out in the swab so I do not know what product I can buy in addition to the vaginal probiotic to help me. (ProVag zel on average helps) Regards

I will add that the discomfort is on the labia larger but localized at the very opening of the perineum.
