Treatment with Flecaine LP Biogaran and the selection of the appropriate dose should take place under medical supervision and monitoring of ECG and plasma concentrations. Doses of the drug are determined individually depending on the existing disease, usually if necessary they are increased gradually. In supraventricular arrhythmias, the usual starting dose is 100mg, the average dose is 200mg, and the maximum daily dose is 300mg. In ventricular arrhythmias, the recommended starting dose is 200mg and the maximum daily dose is 400mg. Prolonged-release tablets should be taken whole, not chewed or crushed.
