In pharmacies, you can buy over-the-counter preparations of vitamin B12, containing cyanocobalamin in the composition. Their choice is quite large, but most contain a higher dose (100 mcg or more) than the one you are looking for. I found one preparation that contains a dose of 10 mcg, so they would require 5 tablets at a time. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/83192/witamina-b12-forte-polfa-lodz-tabletki/apteki You can book it at the pharmacy in the pick-up on site or use the delivery to the address. A complete list of preparations that contain vit in their composition. B12 can be found at the following link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/cyjanokobalamina Both prescription drugs and supplements available for handwritten sale are listed there. I also invite you to familiarize yourself with additional information on vitamin B12 supplementation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/witamina-b12-czy-trzeba-ja-suplementowac

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
