Dicloduo Combi and Sirdalud are prescription drugs. If the prescribing physician was aware of all the preparations used, please follow the dosage instructions given by him. Simultaneous intake of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Dicloduo) with antihypertensive drugs (Triplixam, Nebilet) is associated with the risk of the appearance of an interaction consisting in a possible increase in pressure and nephrotoxicity. Patients using this combination should regularly monitor their blood pressure, maintain adequate hydration and monitor renal function. Combining Sirdalud with Triplixami can lead to an interaction manifested m.in palpitations, heart rhythm arrhythmia. The simultaneous use of two proton pump inhibitors (Dexilant and omeprazole contained in DicloDuo Combi) may result in an increase in the side effects of these drugs. It is worth being aware that it is not always possible to choose multidrug therapy, during which there is no interaction. Pay attention if you experience unwanted symptoms and tell your doctor.
