Can my kidney pain get worse while I was taking Urotrim?
After a week of using urotrim, the kidney pain has worsened, is this the correct reaction of this drug or should I stop this medicine?

No, this is not the correct reaction to the drug. Urotrim is a drug in the form of oral tablets containing trimethoprim. The preparation is indicated for the prevention and treatment of acute uncomplicated urinary tract infections caused by sensitive strains of bacteria (e.g. Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiella pneumoniae). The drug inhibits the action of bacteria responsible for urinary tract infection, therefore, during therapy, the symptoms of UTIs, m.in kidney pain, should subside. See a doctor immediately.
