I have sinusitis and herpes - should I use an antibiotic and an antiviral drug at the same time?

I have acute sinusitis and herpes in the middle of my nose and on my mouth. The doctor prescribed me hascovir 400mg - 3 times a day. Isn't it better to take hascovir 200mg but 5 times a day so that the intervals between doses are shorter? I also got an antibiotic, but because I accept that such a mix of drugs will irritate my pitiful and liver

Please follow the instructions you received from your doctor and use the preparation in accordance with his guidelines, i.e. 400mg 3x a day. In addition, there are no contraindications to the simultaneous use of the antibiotic and the drug Hascovir, if you keep a time interval of at least 1-1.5 hours between individual preparations. Unless the drugs are taken on an empty stomach - they should not cause irritation, especially since the time of their use by you is relatively short and does not constitute chronic therapy.
