I have been taking Revlimid for a week. After a few days, a fever of 39 degrees appeared. Can I take paracetamol. What to do,if the fever does not fall Do you still take Revlimid

Yes, you can use paracetamol. The recommended maximum dosage is 1-2 tablets up to 4x a day. Revlimid therapy should be continued. If the fever does not fall, please contact your doctor urgently.
