Can I combine Telfexo and Singulair?
Good morning, can I use Telfexo 180 together for Singulair 10 ( Telfexo in the morning, and Singulair in the evening ) ?.

Such a connection is possible and at the same time safe. Telfexo contains fexofenadine, an antiallergic medicine, while the montelukast in Singulair has an anti-inflammatory effect. Telfexo can be taken during the day, as it is a newer generation of antiallergic drugs, hence it is very rare to have cases of drowsiness. Singulair is dosed correctly in the evening. Please remember that this drug develops its effect over time and the full effect is obtained after a few weeks of use.
