So far, no interaction between duloxestin and ashwagandha extract has been demonstrated. However, this does not mean that the interaction between these ingredients will definitely not occur. Manufacturers of dietary supplements are not obliged to carry out studies on the potential interactions of ingredients contained in their products with medicines. When combining antidepressants with supplements containing adaptogens, which include ashwagandha extract, special care should be taken and the body's reaction should be observed. In the available medical literature I do not find information about the interactions of the above-mentioned preparations. However, due to the fact that these preparations - Ashwagandha and Duloxetine - affect the functioning of the nervous system, and not all interactions are properly documented, I recommend caution when using them. If this is not necessary and this is not the doctor's recommendation, it is better to abandon the use of dietary supplements. If you think that the use of a specific dietary supplement is necessary for you, I encourage you to consult your doctor. Perhaps he will decide to modify the current treatment regimen.
