Hi, can I combine Budixon NEB with Mukosolvan in syrup and should I wait after giving the syrup some time with him to do inhalation?

Yes, you can give Mucosolvan syrup and make inhalations of Budixon Neb. There is no requirement for a time interval between syrup administration and inhalation. It is worth remembering to give Mucosolvanu at the latest 4 hours before bedtime, so that the expectorant effect is not an obstacle in sleep, and after Budixon rinse the oral cavity with water.
