What can I use for nausea and vomiting in the 3rd month of pregnancy?

I am finishing 3 months pregnant and I have nausea and vomiting, I wanted to ask if there is any way to do it, because in 2 weeks I am returning to Polish and I would like to survive in the car on the road. I would be very grateful
