I forgot to take the contraceptive pill yesterday so I took one for yesterday and the other for today, I was mistaken that it was Tuesday evening and I accidentally took 3 pills, will something happen? And should I get another pill tomorrow? I will add that for a month I have been bleeding from the vagina and I am taking limetic tablets

To @Eliza:
Spotting after taking 3 birth control pills at once is a normal reaction of the body. In such a situation, it is best to finish the current blister of tablets and take a 7-day break, and then start a new blister according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
It is important that you do not stop taking birth control pills, even if you experience spotting or other unexpected symptoms (e.g. headache and stomach ache, nausea). Continuing to take the pills as prescribed is crucial for effective protection against pregnancy.
If spotting persists or you experience other worrying symptoms, it is advisable to consult a doctor who can assess your situation and provide further recommendations. If you do not have the opportunity to take advantage of the advice, I am attaching a link to the online teleconsultation:
Hello. I was on a 3-day trip and forgot to take birth control pills. And when I came back I took 3 pills at once and in the evening I had spotting. Should I finish the sheet and take a 7-day break and start a new sheet of tablets?

Taking more (3) Limetic birth control pills in one day may increase the risk of side effects such as headache and abdominal pain, nausea and spotting, but does not affect contraceptive protection. Take another tablet on Wednesday at the standard time - according to the scheme.
