Bibloc is a medicine used to treat hypertension, angina and heart failure. The preparation contains bisoprolol, which reduces the frequency and strength of heart contraction and lowers blood pressure. The action described by you, i.e. faster heartbeat, is opposite to how this drug should work (i.e. slow down the work of the heart). You should report your symptoms to your doctor, who will check and assess whether the treatment is going well.
