In the morning I take LoristaH , Nebivolol Aurovitas, Lacipil2mg. In the morning I had a high pressure so the doctor gave me a night Nonpres 25mg - is it not too much? In the leaflet 1-10 patients have a heart attack. I'm afraid to take it.

It often happens that one preparation is not enough to control hypertension. Then several different drugs are introduced into the therapy. Nonpres, like any drug, is tested for safety and effectiveness. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, a heart attack is one of the common side effects of Nonpres. A side effect that often occurs is one that occurs in less than 1/100 of people. This does not mean that in this case it will occur. Perhaps in your case there will be no side effects. Caution should be exercised when administering angiotensin II antagonists (Nonpres) and potassium-sparing diuretics (Lorista H) concomitantly may lead to an increased risk of severe hyperkalaemia. Many cases of hyperkalemia have been reported with the parallel use of these drugs. The combined use of these drugs may be therapeutically beneficial, but the patient should be closely monitored for potassium levels and renal function when using this combination.
