Could the decrease in libido be the result of replacing Vixpo with the equivalent of Drosfemine?

Hello, I have been using Vixpo tablets for 3 years, 2 months ago the lady in the pharmacy offered me a cheaper replacement or Drosfemine, everything was in the best order but recently I noticed an older decrease in libido ... is it possible that from the change of tablets?

Drosfemine and Vixpo are preparations that are their counterparts. That is, they contain the same active substances acting in the same dosage. A decrease in libido is one of the side effects that may occur when using hormonal contraception. In the case of both Vixpo and Drosfemine, this is a side effect that occurs uncommonly in patients using these preparations. Due to the fact that these drugs contain the same active ingredients, I would not associate a decrease in libido with a change in tablets, but simply with the use of substances that can contribute to the reduction of sex drive. If the decrease in libido significantly reduces the quality of life, it is worth discussing it with a gynecologist.
