Is it a cause for concern if I've been bleeding for a week now with Axia Conti?

Good morning, Since September 21 I have been taking axia Conti, 15/16/17/18 October I took a placebo, there were no wednesdaycyclic spottings, no pill missed, fixed time of intake, bleeding began on October 20 and continues to this day. It is sometimes more sometimes less intense, other ailments I have not observed, ultrasound and cytology in order , do I have cause for concern? My gynecologist recommended me vitamin C 2x1 at 200 mg, should I go to another gynecologist?

During the first few months of taking Axia Conti, you may experience unexpected bleeding (bleeding outside the placebo tablet period). If such bleeding persists for more than a few months or if it starts after a few months, the doctor should investigate the cause. Your bleeding has been going on for over a month, but Pai contacted a gynecologist who ruled out the causes of the condition. Usually, you wait for about 3 cycles to assess the tolerance of the preparation. Some patients whose spotting or bleeding is very bothersome do not want to wait so much and ask the doctor to intervene or change the drug in advance. The decision whether to contact another gynecologist now is up to you. I enclose additional information about the drug Axia Conti, which can be booked on GdziePoLek and picked up stationary upon presentation of a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92364/axia-conti-tabletki-powlekane/apteki/w-warszawie
