In this case, I suggest maintaining a few hours interval - a minimum of 2-3 hours. Research suggests that ashwagandha may have an additive effect with antihypertensive drugs (it will intensify the effect of Beto ZK). Please check your blood pressure regularly. If you experience excessive fatigue, pale skin, dizziness and headaches, fainting, arrhythmias or other disturbing symptoms - please contact your doctor.
