What happens if I took Novynette before 1 p.m. instead of 8:30 a.m.?
I take novynette every day at 8.30, today I forgot and took the tablet before 13.00. It was the penultimate tablet from the blister. Could something have happened?

Since no more than 12 hours have passed since you usually take the medicine, the protection is maintained and there is no reason to worry.
