Good morning, wants to stop breastfeeding, are there any pills at the end of lactation without prescription or do you need to go to the family doctor?

The recommended way to stop lactation is to wean the baby gradually by reducing the number of feedings. You can help yourself by expressing small amounts of milk, cold 15-minute compresses and drinking infusions of sage and mint. Drugs for lactation cessation are available only on prescription, so you should go to a doctor who will decide whether pharmacological cessation of lactation is safe and necessary in a given case and will instruct you how to do it correctly.
