You can combine Hascovir Control Max with Viru Pos ointment. The ointment has a local effect and does not cause interaction with drugs taken orally, there is also no risk of an overdose of acyclovir. According to the manufacturer of the Ointment Viru Pos: "Acyclovir from the ointment into the eyes penetrates through the corneal epithelium and other superficial structures of the eyeball and quickly reaches a healing concentration in the aqueous humor. Following topical application of Viru-POS, eye ointment is not detected as acyclovir in the blood by available analytical methods, but therapeutically insignificant concentrations in the urine are detected.
