Is white discharge during the taking of Mucovagin globules a cause for concern?

Hello. I would like to find out if during the taking of mucovagin globules, the white secretion is quite dense. Of course, I know that the globule must dissolve and its very consistency is like wax compacted. I take every two days and during the break on the underwear I do not have uplawow but inside in the vagina as I checked it is. No smell and no other ailments. I wonder if this is a normal globule phenomenon or if the infection is getting out again.
