Is it possible that after 7 months of Axotret treatment, I get breakouts?

#axotret Good morning, is it possible that I have passed 7 months of Axotret treatment (from 2 weeks I take a dose of 30mg, previously 20mg) and I still have a rash? Once the complexion is pretty, without imperfections, and after a few days a rash of small, subcutaneous pimples can appear. It worries me a little, because from what I read, many people after 5/6 months already have a clean face. Is it possible that the body cleanses itself all the time? Best regards
