The dosage of the drug depends on the disease entity for which the drug was prescribed. The preparation should be taken in accordance with the guidelines received from the doctor - please follow them. As a rule - the dosage of the drug should be increased from day to day, according to the information contained in the SmPC: the total daily dose for the first four days of treatment is: 50 mg (day 1), 100 mg (day 2), 200 mg (day 3), 300 mg (day 4). If you have any doubts about the use of the drug - please consult the case with your doctor.
