According to the Summary of Product Characteristics in patients with normal renal function, 80-100% of a single dose of Polocard is excreted in the urine within 24-72 hours. Therefore, the drug should be discontinued at least one day before the planned flight. Clexane is a prescription drug, so the need for its use and dosage before the flight should be determined by the doctor.
