Is it better to use Dulsevie or Efevelon SR?

Hi, is it true that the dose of the drug 37.5 mg efevelon SR is like half the dose of 30 mg dulsevi? My question stems from the fact that before pregnancy I took dulsevie . Entering the drug I started with a dose of 30 mg and I had terrible side effects, which after about 2 weeks passed. When I found out about the pregnancy, I immediately stopped taking medication. Now I am in the second trimester of pregnancy and the doctor recommended me efevelon in a dose of 37.5 because apparently there will be less side effects of getting into the drug.

Efevelon SR and Dulsevia are drugs from the group of selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors. This group is considered safe for use in women during pregnancy. According to currently available information, I have not found one that says that 37.5 mg of venlafaxine (the active substance Efevelon SR) is half the dose of 30mg of duloxetine (the active substance Dulsevi). Venlafaxine is considered a well-tolerated drug during the onset of treatment in the dose range up to 150mg. It rarely causes anticholinergic side effects, excessive sedation, weight gain or pressure drops. Side effects associated with the use of duloxetine are usually severely aggravated at the beginning of the use of the drug. I suspect that due to these features of the drugs and the history of poor tolerance of Dulsevia at the beginning of treatment in the past, the doctor recommended a change to Efevelon SR.
