Does the broken film in the blister of the contraceptive pill weaken its effectiveness?

Good morning while taking the contraceptive pill I stopped the foil at the pill the next day. I immediately secured the broken piece so that moisture does not get inside or the action of the tablet will be preserved? I would like to add that the tablets are stored in a cardboard case and additionally in the packaging.

In my opinion - nothing bad should happen, especially since you have secured the pill. If the drug is in a dry place, in a cardboard package, away from light and moisture - nothing threatens its effectiveness even in a situation of gentle tearing of the film. You have no reason to worry.
