The document indicates that the examination has already been performed (body area subjected to examination: MRI of the brain - magnetic resonance imaging of the brain) and a diagnosis has been made. In the case of a contrast test, a special substance to improve visibility is administered intravenously. I suppose that you would remember to give the drug in the form of an injection before the examination, moreover, due to the risk of complications after the administration of contrast, the patient must be informed about the procedure before the examination. If you have any doubts about the course of the examination, everything should be in your medical records, to which you have the right to inspect. The diagnosis is given in Latin and is not fully legible for us, so in order to obtain reliable and unambiguous information about what you have found, you should ask the doctor issuing this document. It can only be said that there are no names of drugs on this sheet. I enclose information that may be of interest to you: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-przygotowac-sie-do-badan-obrazowych
