To @Marcin:

At the outset, it should be noted that these drugs are prescription only, so the legitimacy and need for their simultaneous use should be determined by a doctor. So please follow your doctor's instructions. As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information:

The number and severity of adverse reactions depends on the individual patient's sensitivity, dose and combination of drugs. If SSRIs (here: Sympramol) and benzodiazepines (here: Zomiren) are used, you should avoid driving or performing other activities that require increased psychomotor activity.

There have also been a number of reports of an increase in serum levels of clozapine (the active substance in Clopizam) during (approximately 20-60%) concomitant use of paroxetine (Parogen), leading to serious adverse reactions (neuroleptic malignant syndrome, thromboembolic episodes, m.in).

When Clopisam and Sympramol are combined, blood pressure may also be significantly lowered. Drops in blood pressure can occur especially when changing body position (e.g. when getting out of bed) and manifest as dizziness or even fainting. Other side effects may also occur during the combined use of medicines: excessive sedation, impaired consciousness, drowsiness, breathing disorders, visual disturbances, dry mouth, agitation, increased body temperature.

Caution should be exercised and therapy should be closely monitored when Clopizam is used concomitantly with the other medicinal products discussed.

If you are concerned about this situation, it is always advisable to consult a doctor who can give you more personalized advice. If you do not have the opportunity to take advantage of the advice, I am attaching a link to the online teleconsultation:

Yes, these preparations do not interact with Sympramol and can be used at the same time. More information about the drug and the possibility of ordering it and comparing prices in online pharmacies can be found at the link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/76409/sympramol-drazetki/apteki I recommend entries: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/depresja https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-cukrzyce https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/magnez

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
