Can red pimples on the face be a symptom of an allergy?

I have been taking duomox for 8 days. In addition, for the first days of strep throat I also took Ibuprom anti-inflammatory. I take a probiotic all the time. For cough grinntuss but it's only once a day in the morning. For 4 days on the temples I have small pimples look like small acne easily can be squeezed today they also appeared on the cheek. The place is like a red spot with small pustules. Could it be an allergic reaction to an antibiotic?

It cannot be ruled out that the symptoms you mention are a symptom of an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. If there are no other disturbing symptoms besides the rash, the antibiotic should not be discontinued. If the changes worsen, appear all over the body or other symptoms of an allergic reaction, contact the doctor who ordered the use of the medicine immediately. To alleviate the skin symptoms of allergies, you can use one of the over-the-counter antihistamines, e.g.: Allertec: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/3537/allertec-tabletki-powlekane/apteki or Allegra: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/3456/allegra-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
