Detriol and Alfa-D3 are not equivalents, so you will not be able to get these drugs interchangeably at the pharmacy. Detriol contains calcitriol, and Alpha D3 is a product with alfacalcidol. In terms of its effect on serum calcium levels, calcitriol is about twice as potent as alfacalcidol.
