Can Co-Prenessa cause redness of the face?

I managed to have a reddened face and warm ears. Pressure rather normal. It passes after an hour. I take co-prenes on a daily basis. I didn't have that before. The next tablets also without such a reaction

The use of Co-Prenessa may cause sudden redness of the face and neck.
