Should I continue to take Drovelis if I have vomiting and diarrhea?

I started taking Drovelis pills, today was the second day and there was vomiting and diarrhea should I continue taking this medicine? Should I consider the tablet to be omitted and immediately take another one from the next day and skip, for example, the right one in the evening? Please advise.

The occurrence of vomiting and diarrhoea is not an indication for discontinuation of Drovelis tablets. Further treatment depends on the time after which vomiting occurred after taking the pill - if after more than 4 hours, then contraceptive protection is maintained and there is no need to take an additional tablet. In turn, diarrhea is at least 4 times the passing of liquid or semi-liquid stool during the day - a one-time passing of loose stool does not affect the effectiveness of contraceptive pills.
