Can I use an additional supplement with ashwagandha?

Can I take testomag Olimp to raise testosterone, can I additionally take ashwaghande, because in this supplement there is 50mg of it, it is probably not enough?

Yes, you can additionally use another supplement with ashwagandha. When choosing a preparation with ashwagandha, it is worth checking whether the extract contained in it is standardized (i.e. it contains a strictly defined amount of active substance - withanolides - in a single dose). Standardization should be a minimum of 2.5%.
